Overview : Join our team as a Chief Building Maintenance Technician Specialist, where you will not only handle hands-on maintenance work but also take on significant coordination and oversight responsibilities. This role is perfect for someone who excels in facility management and thrives in a leadership position, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform and oversee inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
- Ensure timely repairs and maintenance to critical infrastructure and support systems.
- Install, replace, and repair various equipment and fixtures such as flooring, plumbing, lighting, and HVAC systems.
- Manage facility budgets, track expenses, and coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility-related projects.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, provide training on safety protocols, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Fabricate solutions and customize repairs to address unique facility-related challenges.
- Lead projects from conception to execution, ensuring they are completed within budget and timeline constraints.
