We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sanitation Manager to join our team. The Sanitation Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our facility is clean, safe, and meets all sanitation standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sanitation and food safety, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sanitation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

- Manage and train sanitation staff to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard

- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance

- Work with production and quality control teams to ensure that all products meet food safety standards

- Maintain accurate records of all sanitation activities and ensure that all documentation is up to date

- Manage the sanitation budget and ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are available when needed

- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and auditors

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sanitation management in a food manufacturing environment

- Strong knowledge of sanitation and food safety regulations, including HACCP and GMPs

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
