7:30 am - 12:30 pm or later
Duties
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by regularly cleaning countertops, floors, and equipment. emptying trash and wiping down tables and counters.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and organizing kitchen supplies.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in routine inventory checks of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Familiarity with culinary practices, food preparation techniques, and hospitality standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment.
