Growing Fine Cabinetry Company Looking to Hire Experienced Kitchen Designer and Sales Person

We are pleased to announce the opening of a Kitchen Sales and Design position at our Showroom in Dixie Hwy in West Palm Beach. The right candidate would be a kitchen salesperson at the top of the industry. Experience in prospecting, sales, and kitchen and bath design are all needed.

The position is SALARY plus commission based. This is an in-person position and is not available for remote work. The Kitchen Designer/Salesperson must be present at the showroom four days per week.

Our Sales and Design work style will require this person to take warm leads and prospects through the sales process with showroom tours, detailed discussions of options and site visits. They will then be responsible for designing the projects using AutoCAD and seeing the project through to completion. All Cabinetry is made in the USA at our Michigan Workshop. You will work closely with our shop to ensure your designs meet your clients expectation. We work hard to deliver our high quality cabinetry on time and when issues arise we solve them quickly to avoid them escalating to big problems.

Training: While we are looking for an experienced candidate, we do provide training for our

Kitchen Designers. This includes formal training in the showroom, peer shadowing and Shop tour and training in Michigan.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
