Welcome to Bakko Bros! We’re hiring an Parts Inventory Specialist to join our team in Glenwood, MN (about an hour west of St. Cloud). In this role you will be responsible for managing inventory operations including receiving parts from vendors, applying barcodes, and ensuring warehouse is organized.
We are a family-owned and operated Agricultural Service, Haybuster Dealer, Distributor, and Repair shop. We also specialize in Haybuster 1150 engine-mounted tub grinders. With a state-of-the-art 100,000 square foot facility in west-central Minnesota, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch quality and exceptional customer service. What you will be doing:
Receive inventory from vendors and organize parts on shelves
Perform cycle counting and ensure accurate inventory records
Apply barcodes to parts
Reorganize and maintain a clean, tidy warehouse
Help pull parts for orders and shipping
Assist with inventory control tasks and ensure smooth warehouse operations
This job is for you if you have:
Prior experience in inventory positions is a plus
QuickBooks experience is preferred, but not required
Prior computer experience and knowledge (emailing, Microsoft 365 products such as Excel and Word)
Comfortable working with heights (man lift used)
Ability to lift 100 lbs
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
