• Understanding of revenue cycle process, from patient data entry to financial services (collections, billing) Position Requirements (Education, Experience, Licensure/Certifications)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s level degree in business
• 5 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience, laboratory preferred, leadership experience preferred
• PC and Microsoft Office knowledge Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
• Interacts with physicians, employees and clients in a positive manner consistent with the mission and values of Bako Diagnostics.
• Provides leadership, direction, accountability, and training for direct report employees
• Monitors daily collection activity and AR reports to track and improve performance
• Monitor compliance and adherence to existing policies and procedures through audits, discrepancies reports, and extracted BIS data
• Works with Executive Management and Revenue Cycle team to identify trends with payors, receivables, denials and effectively communicate data, action plans, and metrics
• Monthly AR Analysis and Bad Debt review to determine collectable AR
• Other office support responsibilities, as necessary Working Conditions
