We are seeking skilled and attentive individuals to join our Waitstaff team at our unique brunch concept, Bakon Southern Eatery. As a member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and hospitality to our guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Presenting menus and explaining menu items, specials, and restaurant promotions.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders, utilizing knowledge of menu items.
- Anticipating guest needs and accommodating special requests as necessary.
- Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meals.
- Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
- Processing payments and handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area and work stations.
- Adhering to all restaurant policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or server in a full service restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2.13 - $5.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
