Host/Server Assistant - Bakon Southern Eatery

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Server Assistant to join our unique breakfast/brunch concept. The Host/Server Assistant will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional service.

*Duties*

- Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell upon departure

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements

- Provide menus and assist with any special requests

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area

- Communicate effectively with guests and staff to ensure smooth operations

- Assist servers and bussers as needed

- Operate POS system for seating assignments

*Requirements*

- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or restaurant environment preferred

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus

- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle inquiries professionally

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to help team members as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
