Bala’s Marketing team is growing and we are looking to add a Junior Marketing Coordinator who will focus on creating proposals. This role is on-site at our Wayne PA office and supports marketing across all 5 offices.
Creation of contract-winning Request for Proposal (RFP) responses is a critical function of any engineering firm’s marketing approach and business development initiatives. The coordinator will possess a hawk-eye for details, excellent copy-editing skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects on a deadline. In this position you will learn from marketing veterans and collaborate directly with project managers at all levels, across multiple disciplines. This role plays a vital role in developing winning proposals for a diverse range of projects across our global markets. A curiosity about how buildings work is a plus, and you will contribute to projects that transform skylines. AEC industry experience is a plus - willingness to learn and achieve success is key.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the development and production of proposal responses.
- Organize and maintain all marketing files for RFPs, qualifications, marketing packages, resumes and project profiles.
- Become proficient at CRM data maintenance in Hubspot for deal, company and contact tracking. Training will be provided.
- Help develop marketing graphics and presentations as needed.
