Your Responsibilities
">- Manage projects related to Real Estate, Highrise, Tenant Improvement, Mission Critical, Life Sciences, and Building Infrastructure.
- Develop and support assistant project managers to enable them to perform independently on similar project types.
- Mentor staff members to reinforce technical lessons and company processes.
- Interact with partners and executives on a regular basis to further the growth and quality agenda of the firm.
- Work with the leadership team to develop fees on complex projects.
