About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Executive Assistant to support a dynamic entrepreneur managing businesses across real estate, hospitality, fitness, and yoga industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Organize and manage the owner’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle email correspondence and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Client and Communication Management:
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and responsiveness.
- Assist in drafting professional emails, documents, and presentations.
- Content Creation Assistance:
- Collaborate on content creation for social media, marketing, and business updates.
- Proofread and format content to align with branding guidelines.
- Organization and Efficiency:
- Implement and maintain organizational systems to streamline operations.
- Track tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met.
- General Support:
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Social media and content creation experience is a plus.
- Experience:
- Some experience as an assistant or in an administrative role preferred.
