Position Title : Advocate Elite Department : Store Level Leadership Team
Reports to : Operations Director
Coordinate Positions : Training Leader, Scheduling Leader, Ninjas, Samurais, Advocates, Bubblistas, and Elites
Subordinate Positions : Advocate BA
Position Summary (Purpose) : Advocate Elite are responsible for ensuring store level team member’s needs are met, as they work to meet the performance expectations of Balance Pan-Asian Grille.
Elites oversee all in store training of the Advocate BAs and follow the guidelines set by the Training Leader. And able to perform at a high level all Advocate BA responsibilities.
Major Functions (Primary Duties and Responsibilities) :
- All tasks in Advocate BA job description
- Understanding and implementation of all Health Department policies
- Manage employees Including clock in / clock out, attitudes, appearance, and Delegation of tasks
- Communication with the Store FOH CL, Elite Ninja, Elite Advocate, and Elite Bubblista
- Manage food pars, portion size, temperature logs, Waste logs, and quality
- Respond to SLACK promptly in location channel, position channel, and any direct messages
- Cleaning- Cleanliness of lobby, register, and expo area during the shift, maintenance of equipment, and maintenance of environment
- Turning off lights and lock doors to end a shift
- Manage Jolt Lists
- Maintain all standards that have been set forth by Training managers
- Train Advocate BAs to the standards set forth by the TLs
