Artisan Foot and Ankle Specialists is an innovative podiatry practice in Orange County that fosters a medical environment where patients receive a proper exam, are educated on their condition and treatment options are discussed in an open conversation. We have 2 convenient locations in Mission Viejo and Laguna Hills.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Medical Front Office Receptionist who would be responsible for greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments and following through with the checkout process in a high volume clinic. The Medical Front Office Receptionist will also assist with other administrative office duties as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet patients
- Check in patients and assist with individual concerns, as they arise
- Collect appropriate information including insurance overview, co-pay and deductible assignment and open balances
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume clinic while ensuring patients receive excellent customer service
- Other tasks, as assigned
