Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to welcome guests, manage reservations, take to-go orders, and ensure a smooth flow of service in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Take and process to-go orders accurately, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen.
- Communicate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about menu items, specials, and reservation or take-out inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and dining area.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests during their visit.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $19.26 - $22.00 per hour
