Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graphic Designer at Balance Marketing Group. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts, developing branding materials, designing logos, working on typography, and producing graphics for various marketing materials. While the role is based in Malvern, PA, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Required Skills
- Ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously with aggressive turnaround deadlines
- Ability to communicate directly with clients and take responsibility to learn and perform tasks
- Graphic Design, Logo Design, and Branding experience
- Strong typography expertise
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles and techniques
- Must exhibit creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain high standards of proofing and quality assurance.
- Demonstrate ability to follow direction and collaborate on projects within a team environment
- Computer Skills - above average skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience with cloud based project management systems and CRMs helpful.
