We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic LICENSED therapist FULL-TIME to join our team at Balance Mental Health in Concord, New Hampshire.
- Must be interested in working on-site at least a few days a week.

Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services to diverse populations.
Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health.
Qualifications :
Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
License to provide therapy in New Hampshire.
Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations including LGBTQ and Neurodivergent individuals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay :
Productivity-based pay structure. You earn a percentage of payments for your work. Pay depends on the number of sessions / week. The more clients you see, the more you earn.
