Balance Mental Health, a small group private practice in Concord, NH is hiring a full-time psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Possibilities for in-office care or hybrid (minimum 3 days a week in-office).
Balance Mental Health is an NP-owned, LGBTQIA and Neurodivergent-affirming practice that offers psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and neurodivergence / Autism assessment and counseling. Therapy services are also provided by licensed social workers. Balance Mental Health offers a supportive and collaborative work environment with a good work-life balance.
This is a full-time (40 hrs / week) W-2 position with compensation based on a competitive split of receivables.

We're seeking a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for our growing team. The PMHNP will have direct contact with patients, perform independent psychiatric assessments, prescribe medications, and make referrals as appropriate. An ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric nursing, enjoy interacting directly with patients, and be interested in practicing general adult, outpatient psychiatry.
