What are the responsibilities and job description for the CANDIDATE TRAINER position at Balance of Nature?
As the Candidate Trainer, you will be responsible for teaching Balance of Nature new hires our policies, procedures, and technical skills needed to be successful within their position and be posted into their position.
This is a full-time, in-person position that is located at our offices in Saint George, UT.
What you will do:
- Create and maintain a welcoming and uplifting environment
- Teach and deliver training daily
- Record observations for each trainee
- Send daily reports and updates to the team lead
- Update all trackers regularly
- Enforce the Training Course Room Rules and Expectations
- Conduct candidate corrections when needed
- Organize candidate documents and files and turn them into the Training Manager
- Attend the Shipping Drill with trainees in Hurricane on a weekly basis
- Check the tracker daily and make sure all tasks are verified and up to date
- Observe, conduct, and sign off on drills and roleplays with the trainees
- Understand and have knowledge of all BON products
- Attend all meetings early
- Check all communications and respond in a timely manner
- Complete all tasks assigned to you by their due date
- Constantly learn by taking advantage of all trainings available to improve your communication and management abilities
What you must bring:
- Ability and willingness to learn new things with an open mind
- Basic computer skills
Pay: $17-$18 per hour Commission & Bonuses
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
