What are the responsibilities and job description for the CHECKLIST EXAMINER position at Balance of Nature?
Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that’s changing the world, one life at a time.
We are looking for a Checklist Examiner located at our offices in Hurricane, Utah who will be responsible for reviewing team checklists throughout the different areas in Balance of Nature. This is done to ensure that standards are being upheld and improvements can be made each month.
What you will do:
- Examine each checklist thoroughly and promptly to verify whether or not department standards are being upheld
- Validate all checklists that are assigned to you
- Complete call and chat evaluations
- Provide instruction on how to improve checklists that are not up to standard
- Train new management of other areas about checklists, call evaluations, and guidelines
- Maintain excellent communication with all departments
- Uphold all company policies

- Ability to handle stress and high-pressure situations well
- Ability to quickly find solutions for problems

- Proficiency in Google Workspaces
- Ability to type 45 WPM
Pay: $35,000 to $45,000 annually, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
