We are looking for a full-time, in-person Digital Content Publishing Team Lead located in Hurricane, Utah.

The Digital Content Publishing Team Lead will be responsible for creating well-organized and high-quality content published across relevant digital platforms that raise awareness and demand for Balance of Nature products.

What you will do :

Negotiate and manage vendors, sponsors, and public relationships

Write relevant posts that are consistent with marketing objectives

Coordinate with the creative team for graphics, videos, or other creative content for posting use

Publish content to various platforms depending on approval and strategy

Remain up-to-date with content on digital platforms

Meet with other divisions to understand the wants and needs of the whole company

Coordinate with other departments for content approval

What we prefer you to bring :

At least 1–2 years of experience within a marketing field

What you must bring :

Can comfortably navigate digital platforms

Excellent verbal and written communication

Proficiency in grammar and sentence structure

Fluency in each platform’s language and form of writing

Awareness of recurring and current events

Understanding of organic vs. paid content

Knowledge in all aspects of social media

Pay : $40,000 per year

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
