Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that is changing the world, one life at a time.
We are looking for a full-time, in-person Hiring Advertising Specialist to join our Hiring Team in St. George, Utah. The Advertising Specialist will be successful in this role by using their skills to both increase and convert applicants into new hires. This is done through recruiting efforts on platforms such as Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc. The Advertising Specialist will be responsible for creating appealing job ads and managing large budgets to ensure that our advertising efforts are effective and result in new hires.
What you will do :
Create appealing job ads that attract qualified candidates resulting in an application
Review digital media statistics to ensure that advertisement efforts are effective
Encourage team members to refer friends and family to work for us
Track all team member referrals
Review and update job ads as needed
Optimize marketing efforts through research and data analysis
Conduct interviews and assist with note-taking
Align hiring marketing efforts with business and team goals
Keep clean records of our advertising budget
What you must bring :
Strong copywriting skills
Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written
A self-employed mentality with quick problem-solving skills
Strong and honest work ethic
Data-driven approach that effectively tracks and analyzes performance
Proficient in creating advertising materials that attract applicants and successfully convert them into hires.
Has an understanding of how Social Media platforms work
The ability to work on your own and as a team
The ability to track, understand, and improve your advertising efforts to match the goals of the company
The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Time management and organizational skills
Strong marketing analysis skills
Pay : $16.00 to $18.00 per hour monthly commissions
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
