Located in Hurricane and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Human Resources Specialist.
You will be specialized in team member performance reports. You will use your communication skills to educate and problem solve with team members in their role.
What you will do :
- Ensure every team member has statistics that support and help them understand their position
- Manage and maintain team member statistic reports in the company's database
- Ensure statistics are reported by team members on-time
- Follow up with any late team members so that they submit their reports
- Prepare statistics reports for management

Pay : $15.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour Commission & Bonuses
Schedule : Monday at 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m., Tuesday through Friday at 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
