What are the responsibilities and job description for the JOB DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST position at Balance of Nature?
Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that’s changing the world, one life at a time.
Located in Hurricane, UT, we are looking for a full-time, on-site Job Development Specialist. You will be responsible for documenting and defining team members responsibilities through research, building great relationships, and tracking data.
What you will do:
- Research, write, and maintain job descriptions and training documents for all positions within the company
- Keep all trackers up-to-date
- Track the progress of all team members assigned to you
- Build strong relationships with every position at BON
- Submit stats and formulas on time
- Continuously attend all company trainings
What you must bring:
- Ability to write detailed step-by-step instructions on how to do different jobs
- Ability to understand all aspects of the company
- Organized physically and mentally
- Detailed-oriented
- Professional in appearance, conversation, and writing
- Flexible and able to adapt
Pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
