Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Analyst who will be responsible for reviewing team member performance reports. You will educate and problem solve with team members regarding their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure each team member has a statistic for their position
- Ensure that each team member understands how their statistic relates to their position goal
- Manage and maintain team member statistic reports in the company's database
- Ensure statistics are reported by team members on-time
- Follow up with any late team members so that they submit their reports
Prepare statistics reports for management
Preferred Skills:
Great communication and listening skills
- Detail oriented and results driven mindset
A basic understanding of statistics and why they are important to track

Pay: $15.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour Commission & Bonuses
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Work Location: Hurricane, Utah
