Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that’s changing the world one life at a time.
We are looking for a full-time, in-person Sales Lead Director located in Hurricane, Utah. As the Sales Lead Director, you will direct the Leads team by understanding, delegating, tracking, and analyzing campaigns.

1 year(s) of experience in email and SMS marketing
1 year(s) of experience in outbound phone sales / marketing
Leadership and ethics
Communication and teaching skills
What you will do :
Manage and supervise the Leads Generation team
Achieve desired results by following up with leads
Manage leads database and flow
Segment campaigns based on leads engagement
Track campaigns to collect needed data
Analyze team and campaign performance and optimize as needed
Train your team in leads qualification and sales
Uphold policy and quota
Pay : $45,000 to $55,000 annually bonuses
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
