Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that’s changing the world one life at a time.
We have office locations in St. George and Hurricane, Utah, and we are looking for a full-time, on-site Vice President of Public Relations.
This executive role includes leadership responsibilities across three key departments within the company : the Public Relations Campaigns Department, the Strategic Alliance Department, and the Success Department. As one of the primary VPs, you will also hold a seat on the Advisory Council, consisting of six other members. This council plays a crucial role in offering pivotal input, insights, and advice to the major decisions affecting the entire company.
What you will do :
Direct and lead a dynamic team of 10 professionals to achieve strategic PR objectives
Strategically expand Balance of Nature’s influence and impact across local, regional, national, and global spheres
Spearhead comprehensive oversight of internal and external events, strategic partnerships, philanthropic initiatives, medical advisory board collaborations, sales strategies, sponsorships, customer success programs, and high-profile client relations
Lead integrated public relations campaigns across social media, press releases, and other channels
Provide strategic counsel and insights at the highest level and actively contribute to the company's Advisory Council to drive transformative growth
Define and implement the overarching brand strategy and ensure its consistent execution throughout all touchpoints
Take charge of annual budget planning and allocation while upholding the company's established standards
Orchestrate and optimize team meetings, production processes, and goal-setting endeavors
Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing teams to align PR initiatives with broader marketing strategies
What you must bring :
Leadership and team management skills
Mastery in high-level branding strategies, demonstrating an understanding of brand development and maintenance
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Exceptional communication skills and attentive listening abilities that foster effective collaboration and relationship-building
An adaptable, professional demeanor and emotional intelligence, which creates the ability to skillfully navigate diverse professional scenarios
Expertise in crisis management and digital marketing with a minimum of 1 years in each, and a substantial track record of leadership roles spanning at least 6 years
Demonstrated leadership prowess and adeptness in team management
A degree or certification in public relations or related fields, emphasizing your commitment to continuous learning and industry expertise
Pay :
Competitive annual salary and bonus opportunities ranging from $60,000 to $80,000.
Schedule :
Full-time, on-site commitment, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
