We are looking for a Residential Replacement Installer that is looking to work and succeed in a challenging and rewarding environment with a rapidly growing company. This individual will be responsible for installing, leading team members, start-up, and customer satisfaction on replacement projects. Compensation of up to $45 / hour Spiffs Bonuses for highly skilled and qualified top installers!
Our Technicians will utilize their knowledge to educate and support our customers in their homes. We provide many options and believe in Maintenance Programs and System Enhancements to ensure our client's products' longevity and promote a comfortable and healthy living environment.
Preferred Skills :
- 4 years of residential HVAC install experience
- Possess the desire to learn, grow, and always be a team player
- Self-driven, motivated, & Customer Service focused
- To provide training capabilities to other technicians / apprentice
- HVAC technical school is preferred
- NATE certification is a plus (We provide the ability to gain certifications)
- Experience with almost all types of residential heating and cooling equipment
- Strong attention to detail is required
- Must have a Clean Driving record and Pass a Criminal Background Check
- EPA Refrigerant Certification
- Meet all physical demands of the position
