About the Role :
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of their Business Central system. You will be the primary point of contact for end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing workflows. Your expertise will enable efficient business processes and maintain data integrity across the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users on Business Central issues.
- Diagnose, investigate, and resolve system issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Assist with system configurations, customizations, and updates to align with business requirements.
- Optimize system performance and reduce manual efforts through enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and data-related issue resolution.
