Position Overview : The Quality Assurance Department is responsible for verifying life and health insurance applications directly with potential customers. It is a vital part of the Company’s New Business and Underwriting process. The information you verify and gather directly relates to determining whether the Company will decline or issue a policy.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Call center environment - Need to be comfortable taking a high volume of calls on a daily basis
- Maneuver within the Quality Assurance database and conduct appropriate assessments on what additional information or verification is needed
- Ability to handle inbound / outbound calls to potential customers – verify and document required information to finalize applications for underwriting assessment.
- Be able to properly explain the application process to potential customers
- Successfully meet the minimum expectation for the departmental key performance indicator (K.P.I’s)

Monday -Thursday 12pm - 9pm CST
Friday 11am-8pm CST
Expected Start Date : Dec 9th 2024
100% Attendance Policy during the first 90 days (Missing time could potentially result in termination)
Pay :Bonus Pay : The client will look at the employee's performance / metrics each pay period to determine what tier the employee is eligible to earn for that pay period
Extra $4 / hr-$10 / hr (Equating to $19 / hr-$25 / hr) - Can earn this tier starting from Day 1
