Job Title : Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Type of Role : Direct Hire
Shift / Hours : 6 AM–6 PM or 6 PM -6 AM| 2-2-3 Schedule (Training on Day Shift for the First 8 Weeks)
Location : Hazelwood, MO 63042
Salary Range : $32–$35 per hour
About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support high-speed production equipment in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay , a great schedule, and exceptional benefits.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment, including conveyors, mixers, and ovens.
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, FDA , and EPA standards.
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other industrial equipment.
- Use welding, pneumatic systems, and electrical schematics to execute repairs.
- Maintain accurate documentation for completed tasks, work orders, and parts requests.
