What You’ll Do :
- Sell insurance products to both new and existing customers.
- Make outbound calls to eligible customers to discuss additional coverage options.
- Handle inbound calls from current customers interested in enhancing their policies.
- Clearly explain policy benefits and match customers with the right products.
- Assist with policy correspondence, error corrections, and service inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with department procedures and policies.
- Provide outstanding customer service with every interaction.
- Maintain reliable and consistent attendance during your assigned shift.
