Job Title - Test Technician II
2nd Shift : ( MON - FRI - 2 : 30pm - 10pm ) Must be flexible to work weekend shift
Pay - $20.00 - 21.00 10% Shift differential
Job Type - Contract to hire
Job Summary :
- Assists in complex tests involving the simultaneous use of a wide variety of standard test equipment. Determines quality of equipment being tested by checking test results against specific test procedures and data sheets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Inspection, functional testing, and electro-mechanical assembly of gas delivery systemsExtensive trouble shooting and performing corrective action on failed assemblies and sub-assemblies.Helium leak testingReading and interpreting schematicsModule test of assemblies and sub-assembliesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Excellent communications skills and computer literacy is essential.Must have a sense of urgency and the ability to stay on schedule.Must have the ability to work well with coworkers.Ability to work Weekend shift.Punctual, dependable, and the ability to work extended shifts and / or weekend shifts with short notice.Extensive knowledge of trouble shooting skills, quality, and process orientationGood understanding of test fixtures and equipmentEducational / Certification Requirement :
Associate’s Degree or Bachelors in Electronics or Electro-Mechanical Automation or equivalent work experience.Work Experience :
1 year experience in a Manufacturing Test Environment with general knowledge of Vacuum & Pneumatic technologies.Work Environment :
