Balance Staffing is currently hiring warehouse workers for one of our clients.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Type: Contract Job || Temporary Job
Location: Tacoma, WA 98405
Pay: $18 - $19 per hour (depending on schedule and experience)
Schedule: Day Shift & Night Shift Available

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently unload containers and load outbound trailers
• Accurately pick and pack warehouse orders
• Assembly of products
• Use handheld scanning devices to track inventory movements
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
• Secure freight using appropriate materials (e.g., pallets, straps)
• Safely walk, reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel as needed
• Complete required documentation and reports accurately
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
• Ensure prompt and consistent attendance at the assigned work location

Requirements:

• 6 months warehouse experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic written and verbal communication skills (for documentation and communication with peers and supervisors)
• Ability to bend, twist, squat, and lift overhead while handling freight and materials during the shift
• Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
• Excellent attendance is essential
