** $500 Signing Bonus **
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday NIGHTS 8pm - 4:30am, OT as needed
What You'll Do:
- Play a key role in managing controls and automation systems for our production lines.
- Assist with PLC & HMI programming and troubleshooting.
- Support the installation, maintenance, and testing of industrial equipment.
- Work alongside a collaborative team to optimize plant performance and ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain safety while working around moving machinery (mixers, conveyors, forklifts).
- Contribute to reliability programs that keep our operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced production environment, preferably in the Food Industry.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and maintaining automated industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting with Allen-Bradley systems.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and wiring diagrams.
- Experience with industrial communication networks (Ethernet, Remote I/O, DeviceNet).
- Ability to perform PID loop tuning and instrument calibration.
- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code and basic motor control circuits.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic system knowledge is a plus.
