Job Title : Senior Operations Manager
Type of Role : Direct Hire
Shift / Hours : 7 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
Location : Blue Springs, MS US 38828
As a Senior operations manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across various manufacturing departments to ensure that production goals are met efficiently and safely; key responsibilities include hiring and training employees and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Identifying and implementing operational improvements to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and increase productivity
- Establishing and maintaining quality assurance programs to monitor product or service quality and identify areas for improvement
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement
- Hiring, training, and supervising operational staff to ensure efficient performance and adherence to company standards
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
- Identifying and resolving operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions
Required skills and qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field
Experience in automotive industries
