Job Title : Accounts Payable
Type of Role : Contract
Shift : Monday – Friday (8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm
Location : Chandler AZ 85286
Hourly Range : $25-$27 / hr.
Skills and Experience :
Accounts Payable :
- Manage accounts payable using YES accounting and payment system (Stampli and NetSuite).
- Resolve AP Automation (Stampli) discrepancies by investigating issues and communicating with respective parties.
- Manage vendor invoices by coding invoices, vouchers, and expense reports with correct codes following the standard procedures.
- Match invoices to purchase order and receiver reports to ensure 3-way match.
- Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing AP invoices.
- Track unentered invoices by reason (not received, not approved, etc.).
- Assists with weekly and monthly status reports, accruals, and monthly closing.
- Receive, research and resolve a variety routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons / vendors.
- File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports.
- Review T&E expenses.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors and manage vendor payment complaints and issues.
- Manage credit card account and expenses.
- Maintain W-9 information for 1099 processing.
- Reconcile various accounts by identifying errors in posting or omissions by applying appropriate accounting standards.
