- Set up and approve processes for scheduled production on injection-molding machines.
- Monitor molding temperature, pressure, and time to ensure compliance with approved cycles.
- Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards and document production processes.
- Assist with new product / process development and support the PPAP process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve molding defects within tooling capabilities.
- Perform preventative maintenance on molds and update tooling status.
- Lead by example, assisting with staff training and development.
- Education : High School Diploma / GED required.
- Experience :
3 years in manufacturing, molding, or process technician roles.
