Job Title: SMT Machine Operator
Location: Kenosha
Pay: $ 18 to $18.72 per hour
Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SMT Machine Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for the setup and operation of automated Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment and may involve soldering electronic components onto printed circuit boards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various automatic or semi-automatic SMT machines.
- Follow process sheets or written instructions to complete production tasks.
- Inspect and ensure operations meet predetermined tolerances.
- Adhere to all safety, ESD program requirements, and company procedures.
- Report accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Properly handle and dispose of waste, including hazardous materials, as per SOPs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in SMT machine operation is a plus.
Additional Information:
- This is an ITAR facility; applicants must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.
