Quality Control

Hiring Quality Control Associate in Stockton. Must have a minimum of 1 year of Quality Control experience and it must be listed on the resume.

Requirements:
-Must have a valid driver's license to enter the facility
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-Able to communicate with the team in English and Spanish
-Must be able to work overtime hours as needed

Job Duties:

• Communicating with the shipping and receiving team
• Know when a new product is coming into the warehouse
• Once a load comes into the warehouse ensure that it is checked as it is being unloaded and the results from that load is brought to the attention of buyer
• Each lot/pack style that is ran on our repacking lines need to be inspected and write a description of their findings
• Communicate with all sorts, packers, stackers, supervisors and managers
• Responsible to communicate with the sorters on what to and not to take out.
• Responsible to bring any and all findings to their supervisor
• Responsible on bringing up any lot issues to the buyer and manager with evidence on what is going on
• Assisting in Food Safety, making sure all paperwork is being correctly filled out
• ATP swab testing
• Know what HACCP (Hazzard Analysis Critical Control Point), FSMA (Food Safety Management System) , and GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practice’s) are and why we have them for Food Safety
• Help prepare for Food Safety Audits
• Assist the Director of Food Safety to keep the day to day organized and in the best shape possible in the case there is a unannounced audit
