Job Summary:The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the general administrative activities of the office, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, including payroll, staff scheduling, membership tracking, client communication, and supporting our team in delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll: Manage and process payroll on a regular basis, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Staff Scheduling: Oversee and coordinate staff schedules, ensuring operational needs are met and requests are handled appropriately.
- Membership Management: Track and manage membership-related activities, including sales, cancellations, and any necessary adjustments.
- Daily Oversight: Ensure day-to-day office operations run smoothly, monitoring key tasks and administrative duties.
- Hiring & Onboarding: Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Client Relations: Address client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Social Media & Marketing: Support the creation and posting of social media content and assist with other marketing efforts as needed.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain and ensure proper documentation of business records, licenses, and other key compliance items.
- Project Management: Oversee various administrative projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in office administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or a similar role.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Occasionally required to lift and move up to 15 pounds.
