Role Description
This is a contract in-person role for a Professional Organizer at Balance2thrive®. The Professional Organizer will be responsible for collaborative Agile Management of company efforts, organizing and decluttering of files/work-spaces/tasks/objectives/goals/meetings, creating customized organizational systems, providing time management guidance, and optimizing productivity. The role is located in Ventura, CA 93004.
Qualifications
- Organization, Time Management, and Productivity skills
- Experience in collaborative de-cluttering and creating organizational systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with digital organization tools
- Understanding of sustainable practices
