Are you a caring and reliable individual looking to make a meaningful impact? We’re searching for a compassionate babysitter to provide long-term support for a 17-year-old child with special needs.
This is a wonderful opportunity to help set them up for success in their daily routines and build a meaningful connection.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who can:
- Engage Meaningfully: Build a positive, trusting relationship while participating in fun and enriching activities.
- Provide Support & Structure: Set clear expectations with a kind and warm approach.
- Communicate Openly: Keep an open line of communication with the family about schedules, updates, and the child’s progress.
- Provide Transportation (if needed): The family is happy to provide a vehicle for outings or appointments if required.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience working with children with special needs.
- A compassionate, reliable, and punctual attitude.
- The ability to balance being firm and nurturing.
- A valid driver’s license (if driving is required).
- Strong communication skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality (HIPAA-compliant).
