Description
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team—someone who's not only talented but also a great communicator and team player. This position is a mix of conceptual and production design, but all projects require a solid creative eye.
Here you will work directly with a small team of designers, as well as a larger team of creative and marketing professionals. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid environment where project priorities may shift. We take pride in our collaborative work and leave our egos at the door!

This is a hybrid position, located in Sacramento, CA, and reports to the Design Lead.
Requirements
- Concept and design materials as assigned including, but not limited to, branding, printed marketing materials, digital campaigns, website updates, signage, packaging and digital documents
- Support the team’s daily needs with clear communication and a positive attitude. This may include resizing assets, locating files, editing photos, answering questions or filling in for another designer.
- Work with Design Lead or larger team to brainstorm creative concepts for stakeholder review.
- Create assets using pre-approved concepts or templates as requested
- Incorporate feedback to refine designs. Work with Design Lead and stakeholders to land on a solution that looks great and meets business objectives.
- Assist in keeping template libraries and assets up to date
- Follow company brand guidelines, while also looking for ways to push them forward.
- Add movement or animation to social media graphics
- Prepare files for final output, including large format signage, collateral, promo items and packaging
- Some product photo retouching as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Graphic Design
- Proficient in Adobe software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge & Acrobat
- Experience in Wrike, Figma and some animation a plus
- Diverse Design portfolio demonstrating the core design skills of type, color and layout, plus strong concept and branding
- Digital Design Experience in media such as Instagram graphics, email and website banners
- Print Design Experience, with an understanding of the printing process. Other production knowledge a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication. Comfortable asking questions and explaining design decisions
- Motivated to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects
- Meet deadlines and ensure accuracy of work
- Shift quickly to meet changing priorities
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
Work Schedule:
This is a Monday to Friday position. The office hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM
