Balanced Body is an energetic, environmentally sensitive company that is growing! Balanced Body leads the world in providing Pilates equipment and education. As an inside sales Account Manager, you can make a major contribution toward assisting Pilates and other fitness professionals launch and expand their businesses both domestically and internationally.

Requirements

This position will collaborate with businesses (Studio Owners) and home users by phone, email, and internet with occasional visits in the field. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience and demonstrated ability to build relationships.

  • Maintain and build relationships with Balanced Body's customers, by helping to evaluate their needs for equipment.
  • Provide outstanding service and sales assistance, consistently meeting sales targets.
  • Integrate sales techniques into daily practice and reach out to in an average of 15-25 customers per week.
  • Follow industry trends and gather / report on valuable VOC feedback to help the organization grow.
  • Manage inbound and Outbound sales calls with a keen focus on upselling, cross-selling, and closure.
  • Timely follow up on any leads provided.
  • Be able to do basic troubleshooting with customers as needed on product.
  • Work with our third-party maintenance company to manage warranty calls.
  • Process orders for any service parts as needed.
  • Initiate RMAs and Customer Cases as needed.
  • Complete administrative tasks and order processing on-schedule and with accuracy.
  • Attain all critical KPI metrics including but not limited to : revenue targets, new accounts attainment, productivity goals, quality assurance drivers.
  • Act as an advocate for our customers.
  • Occasionally Represent Balanced Body at events and trade shows throughout the year as needed (5%-10%).
  • Continue expanding your knowledge of our products and services over time.
  • Contribute individually and as a member of the Balanced Body sales team.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, and ensure all accounts are loaded with accurate and timely data.
  • Perform other duties as required to meet company needs.

  • An excellent communicator.
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years’ account management or sales experience
  • Some college education is ideal.
  • Salary Range :

    Nonexempt Status, Base plus monthly bonus
