AHR is a healthcare accounts receivable and self-pay management firm, serving clients to help them resolve medical billing issues. Based in Nashua, NH, we've been in business since 2007 and have earned recognition as one of the "Best Places to Work" in our industry.

What We Do :

We help patients understand and manage their medical bills through a call center environment.

Responsibilities :

Contact patients to negotiate payments and payment plans.
Perform skip tracing and update consumer records.
Comply with regulations (HIPAA, FDCPA, UDAAP, etc.).
Meet performance goals (KPIs).

Qualifications :

Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office).

Ability to complete required training and testing.

Strong communication skills and results-driven.

What You Get :

Hourly Pay : $18.50 per hour
