Responsibilities :
- Contact consumers and manage calls to negotiate payments, settlements, or payment plans.
- Respond to consumer inquiries, review account details, and provide accurate information.
- Address consumer complaints or escalate to supervisor as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all account activities.
- Update consumer information (e.g., demographics, insurance details).
- Meet productivity standards for assigned projects.
