Balanced Home Care is seeking independent and highly motivated individuals for the role of Full-Time Assistant Site Supervisor for our Independent Senior Living Facilities.
Job Requirements:
- 2 year or more of senior living facility experience (independent, assisted living or group home)
- 1 year or more of staff supervision and shift scheduling experience
- Strong Med Pass experience required
- Quick MAR/EMAR preferred
- Shift flexibility required, including weekends
- Looking for leadership, empathy, teamwork and professionalism.
Job Description: The assistant would primarily work PM shift.
Assistants oversee the med cart and all things involved with medication. This includes the direct management of the med techs.
· It will be the assistant supervisor’s duty to perform disciplinary actions as needed·
It will be the responsibility of the assistant supervisor to accurately report any issues regarding families or residents in a timely manner·
Assistant Supervisors are responsible for ensuring all resident care has been completed and documented before the end of their shift each day·
Ensuring all Balanced Home Care policies and procedures are followed

Schedule:Night shift - Weekend availability
