Site Supervisor

Seeking an independent and highly motivated individuals for the role of

Full-Time Site Supervisor for our Independent Senior Living Facilities.

Job Requirements:

· 1 year or more of senior living facility experience (independent, assisted living or group home)

· 1 year or more of staff supervision and shift scheduling experience

· Strong Med Pass experience required. Quick MAR/EMAR preferred.

· Shift flexibility required.

. Must have outstanding customer service and a positive can-do attitude.

· Looking for leadership, empathy, teamwork and professionalism.

· Must be a team player and dedicated to providing excellent care for our Senior residents.

· Must have management experience

Job Description:

· The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the caregiving team

·Responsible for coordinating training for newly hired caregivers

·Responsible for creating monthly schedules and on-call schedules for Direct Care Staff

· Carry out performance reviews, report payroll/timesheets, disciplinary actions/write-ups, terminations, etc.

· Coordinate frequently with the corporate office and executive administration team

· Creating and distributing Set Sheets,

· Assessments of Residents

· Cover shifts in case of call-ins, staffing, etc.

· Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed
