Women's Health Registered Nurse/Practice Management role

We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and open-minded Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a hybrid role as a Patient Care Coordinator and Practice Manager. • Track patient clinical journeys, ensuring progress aligns with care plans and treatment goals.
• Follow up with patients regularly to provide guidance, accountability, and compassionate support.
• Educate patients about menopause management, hormone therapy, and preventative care strategies.
• Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy and administering injections as needed.

• Oversee patient scheduling and ensure efficient coordination of appointments.
• Monitor workflows and recommend improvements to enhance patient experiences.
• Manage clinical supply inventory and ensure the practice operates smoothly.
• Support compliance with office policies and contribute to high-quality care delivery.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in NYS.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy and administering injections (or willingness to learn).

• Highly organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient accountability and education.
• Open-minded, eager to learn, and adaptable to innovative medical approaches.
• Interest in women’s health, menopause management, and preventative care.

• Competitive salary of $95,000–$120,000/year, reflecting the importance of this hybrid role.
