What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Integration Manager /LPN position at Balanced Wellbeing LLC?
PURPOSE Under the supervision of the Clinical Director Assistant, the BHI Manager is responsible for operational, financial, and clinical operations of BWB’s BHI Program. This includes leadership, supervision and guidance to program staff, leading efforts in Behavioral Health (BH) integration as well as for identifying improvement opportunities and innovations, designed to positively impact care delivery processes for BWB’s Behavioral Health Integration participants. This position is a base salary, and offers a bonus structure based on the productivity of their team!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
1. Responsible for the scheduling and auditing of the BHI Coordinators both in and out of the office.
2. Audit care plans developed by BHI Coordinators.
3. Collaborate with the Billing team to find new patients.
4. Visit various facilities, introducing yourself and the BHI program.
5. Provides in-depth evaluation of variable factors contributing to the BHI program’s ability to meet and exceed budgetary goals, standards of excellence and highly effective program operations.
6. Provides leadership and coordination for improving BHI program efficiencies, effectiveness, and overall program quality.
7. Analytically evaluates programs’ data to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery and makes adjustments as needed for success of the program; providing feedback and suggestions to the Clinical Director Assistant.
8. Manages the quality assurance process including tracking, analyzing and reporting on the overall status of program quality assurance, highlighting measures of program quality and progress.
9. Develops and implements procedures for a centralized location for BHI documents, including reports, credentialing documents, policy and procedures, etc.
10. Develops, recommends, implements and facilitates policies, procedures, and workflow as new services are established.
11. Collaborates with BHI team members in the on-going development, direction and management of the quality of care with appropriate utilization of service delivery.
12. Coordinates and collects mandatory components of the BHI program audit.
13. Assures ongoing appropriate utilization of services through continuous measurement and evaluation.
EXPERIENCE
1. LPN or RN license
2. Travel to various office locations along the East Coast is required.
3. 1 year experience working in a nursing home environment.
4. Knowledge of BHI program preferred

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
